Great Service
Great service, this is the second time I took my Palisade here to this location for an oil change. I was here a week ago for a new driver-side mirror and Jesus Perez took care of everything too, he was awesome!

Love Hyundai but disappointed with this location
I called to schedule an appointment about a week ahead. I stated I had a new vehicle, I had been to this location before with my previous Hyundai but moved. Unfortunately the service was not as excellent as I remembered. My vehicle maintenance gets inputted and updated in blue link. They asked me what needed to be done, I stated, "definitely an oil change but likely more as my miles are getting higher". They asked for my phone number and email and scheduled my appt. Upon arrival I was informed it was just an oil change I needed. The oil change took roughly 75 min. No one updated me. I got the text it was being worked on but no update after that. I had to go check the status of the vehicle after an hour . It was ready. Only an oil change was performed, which 75 min seems extreme for an oil change. They did however also give me a quick exterior wash which I'll account for 10-15 min max. 250 miles on the road and my vehicle notifies me "service is due". I access my bluelink and it tells me I need an oil change and tire rotation. The notification concerned me because I was worried my vehicle might be leaking oil therefore triggering the notification. I could not get service during a holiday week out of state. I was frustrated. I've had to have my vehicle serviced in other states as well and the other locations despite being out of state knew exactly what my vehicle needed and performed all tasks in 40 minutes. Plus they updated the information into blue link. They even followed up on my service. I didn't get either from this location. I used to love this dealership and was sad to move away from it, but they aren't the same anymore. Now I need to schedule another appt, almost two weeks later.

I'm sorry to hear about you last visit here with us, and that your maintenance reminder on blue link, because that is a step we take.  If you had to pay for another oil change, please let me know, because you shouldn't have to pay for another oil change.  If I can do anything for you please feel free to contact me.
