Saved the day
I was looking to add to my last review. I had such a bad experience with the online sales. Not answering my questions just trying to get me out to the lot. I was so frustrated because I asked them to take me off their list and I was still getting texts and emails after I stated I will never do business with them. Well Like the saying goes...Never say never. I bought my wife's Palisade from here. Big Jim is a game changer. Not only did he provide me with the information I was seeking he was not pushing to have me come to the lot. I bad mouthed this dealership to all the people around me. Now I am singing the praises of Big Jim. Thanks

I am currently shopping for a Palisade. My wife and I have test driven one and looking for the right color and trim and the right price. So I go on the website and see what we are looking for and I enter my contact information to get the 'Today's Price'. Come to find out the 'Today's Price' is 7K under the true pice. I was asked many times to just go down there and I explained I am not wanting to make the drive to waste my time. I know what I wanted and I just needed to know the price with tax and license. I was quoted many different prices for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase to find out that they did not have it on their lot. I then realized that they were not honest and trustworthy so I then thanked them for their time and stated that I don't think that I will be doing business with them and politely asked to be taken off their contact list and was contacted hours later. If this is how they operate with customers I am surely not going to ever use them.

Facility was under construction so entrance was hard to maneuver and parking in service area was crowded. But everyone was super nice and my wait was not long at all. I will choose this location over Katy Freeway any day!!

Great service, this is the second time I took my Palisade here to this location for an oil change. I was here a week ago for a new driver-side mirror and Jesus Perez took care of everything too, he was awesome!

Took my truck in Monday they had to order my part came back a couple of days after that didn’t need a appointment they took care of it right away and washed my suv. I have purchased my 1st 2 cars from here
