Service backs up what they say they will do to make it right! Awesome!
I went for my second routine service done on this car. So I asked to make sure all the fluids were topped off. When the service was done and I was heading home I needed to use the washer fluid to clean off the debris off the windshield and the "low washer fluid" light came on. I was surprised to see that especially when I did ask the service to make sure the fluid's were filled. So I called the service person and told him what didn't get done. Michael Anthony immediately said he is sorry that didn't get done and he would make it right. well, He went way beyond what I figured he would do! He not only sent me a card to get another free oil change he refunded my previous oil and tire rotation service! I didn't expect that at all so I think Michael was just awesome and he get's my respect from now on!
