Quick, friendly and professional
The service department at Fletcher Hyundai has been courteous and competent without fail in the 7 years we’ve done business with them. This visit was no different. I especially appreciated their patience as I had to reschedule twice due to being called out of town on short notice.
I was still treated very respectfully and with kindness. My vehicle was returned to me in less time than expected.
The company should be proud to have these workers taking care of their customers. The service team is wonderful!

Such a fine young man with high standards & great morals no man his age has. Not to mention the Kim girl that works with him. She’s awesome too! & the other fella that sits at their desk. AND LET US NOT FORGET Sir Zebulon N. Who in their right mind would gift a child such name? His parents. Awesome name, awesome guy. Awesome service team! I felt like Trump for a sec. very welcomed & loved. & they knew my name as soon as I walked in. 1,000,000/10 rating

Fletcher Hyundai Service Dept is good. Hyundai product is not good. I would not recommend anyone buy a Hyundai. I have had problems with oil and Hyundai says that is normal. Everyone I talk to says it is not normal to have to add oil to a vehicle between 500 and 1000 miles. I have owned several new and used cars and I have never had to add oil to a car between normal scheduled oil changes. I had a car with over 250000 miles and I didn't add a drop of oil.
