Awesome service
My visit to the service center was a great experience. It seemed to take longer than it has before but I just chalk it up to being very attentive to what they were doing. The gentleman that was handling my case explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and let me know what was going to need replaced in the future. This place was awesome!

I am very happy with the service I get at Fletcher Hyundai. The people are always nice.
My service took over an hour longer than the time that was estimated to me.

I felt at home as soon as I arrived. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was offered a beverage and as staff passed by, they all spoke and asked if there was anything I needed. Great service.

I bought my Tuscon used at another local dealer. I had called Fletcher Hyundai about an air conditioning cooling problem and was informed there was a recall on the temperature sensor. I was able to get an appointment in just two days, which was excellent because it was hot. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately by Mike Seriago. The attention I received while there was top notch. He addressed all my concerns with professionalism. I was very impressed with the dealership and had made up my mind before I left that I would definitely return for all future service on my Tuscon. After my initial review the service manager and staf contacted me immediately with an apology and a course of corrective action. In addition the Dealership compt an oil change and car wash, thank you but not necessary. The guys were great.
