Excellent Customer Service
This was my first visit to San Tan Hyundai. I brought my Tucson in for a recall. It was easy to schedule a convenient time, I was greeted quickly and walked through the process. Mario was helpful and showed me where to wait and how to reach him if I had questions while I waited. They had a nice seating area with drinks, popcorn and even some pink frosted donuts that looked very tempting. The recall repair only took about a half hour, and I was on my way. Thank you!

1st time dealer service
This is the first time I have ever taken my car to the dealership for a service. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable, but the specialize service from Mario was the best part.

Mario fills in
I went in for an oil change a couple weeks ago and my regular service advisor was not in. Mario filled in for him and helped me through my visit. There was some sort of problem in the service department that day and it took way too long for an oil change but Mario was very attentive and kept me informed and saw to it that I was comfortable. He even found a way to give me a discount on my bill to make up for the inconvenience and smooth my ruffled feathers. Mario was very friendly, knowledgable, and made a bad situation ok. Great sales people! I bought my Santa Fe at San Tan. Their service dept guys in my past two visits tell me it will be 20 min and it’s an hour! No communication etc. I take my car to Christian Bros in Chandler for all my car services
