Always a great experience. The only think that could have made it better was notification of a filter that will need replacing. I missed it and since my mileage is low it will be some time till I can get it replaced. I live in Maricopa and don't get to Gilbert often.

Mario Macias is a first-rate, truly exceptional Service Advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products; he provides outstanding service in a friendly, courteous, & efficient manner; his customer service skills are top-notch - he always keeps the customer apprised of what needs to be done & what is being done to their vehicle. My husband & I are long-term multiple Hyundai owners. One of the primary reasons that we always return to this dealership is because of Mario & the superior service he provides. Kudos to Mario!!!! I sincerely hope that he is commended for his diligence, which is rare in today's world. In addition, I also hope that he is appropriately compensated for all his outstanding efforts. Thank you.

Great service, excellent customer waiting area
San Tan Hyundai Service center was excellent. I was greeted with a smile and checked in quickly. Mario my service advisor was thorough and explained my options without being overbearing. They offer coffee and various drinks and snacks that are easily accessible which made the time go by nicely. There is a child’s area which is extremely helpful when you are carrying around little ones. I would definitely recommend this establishment when choosing to service your vehicle. Thank you to all who work there for your smiles. They did not go unappreciated. Especially big THANKS to Mario, you were awesome
