Emergency Maintenance Visit
I needed a front head light replaced. I arrived at the dealer, no appointment. They were able to get me in and fix the head light, and I was on my way in no time. I appreciated the flexibility!

My service advisor Mario ensured my service was completed in a timely manner and delivered my vehicle to me washed with service completed satisfactorily, while thoroughly reviewing inspection checklist. Mario provided excellent service, as always. He is friendly, personable, thorough, helpful, and everything I could ask from a service rep. He kept me informed, went over my car's report with me and let me know how much it would cost, before the work was to be done. He then informed me when the car was ready and offers to answer any additional questions.
When I picked up the car at 5:20 pm, the receptionist was alone at the desk, she was on a call with a customer for more than 5 minutes while myself and another customer stood at the desk. Noone came to assist. When she got off the phone, she couldn't find my paperwork on the desk, so she tried calling Mario. She then turned her chair to the file on the floor and found my invoice and keys. I've never had that happen before, I was in a hurry and normally there are 2 receptionists assisting customers with vehicle pickup.

San Tan Hyundai is the best!
We have been working with San Tan Hyundai since our move to Arizona over 6 years ago. We now own a SantaFe and love it. It is the best Hyundai we have owned.
I always ask for Mario in the service department and he takes good care of me and the car!!
