My service advisor Ms. Kristen was very helpful to me. She keep me updated what’s was going with my car and it issues. Her technician did awesome job going over the car making sure it was safe and everything was properly installed or functioning properly. She explained everything in full details and even went got technician to explain apart that help me understand.

The staff at Pohanka, Hyundai did a great Job but when you are about to pay for the service done to your car and the service manager calls all his staff in for a 20-30 minute meeting. I consider that to be rude and unprofessional. And he saw me waiting, he didn’t even apologize.

Slow Service when it comes to repairs
I would usually give a good review but over time it seems like the service department has been getting worse. other than the advisors such as Kirsten & Will who are great at what they do the service to get your car repaired are terrible! If your just getting an oil change or something simple all is well, But if you need a diagnostic or a repair it takes them forever. They had my car for over a week and didn't even offer a loaner car and i had to figure out transportation for the time that they had my car. Seems to me they need to get more mechanics or loaner cars or even both

What happened to my vehicle?!?!
I had originally went in for fuel system flush, and ended up getting that as well as transmission flush as part of the package that was offered. Well I’m not sure what happened but when the vehicle was returned to me it would not go past second gear. And NOW I need to buy a new transmission which cost $3600!!! There is no way possible I would drive a vehicle into the dealership in that condition and not let the service tech know that was the problem. I just needed the fuel system flush. Again, I don’t know what happened to my vehicle now it’s not driveable at no fault of mine. I will never bring my vehicle back to this facility ever again and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I dropped my car off to address a recall and was given an estimate time of 2.5 hours for completion, so I had someone pick me up but less than 45 minutes I received a call that the car was ready for pickup.

Hyundai has done it again! Kirsten provided me with excellent customer service. Although it took some time for my car to be returned to me due to diagnostics, everything that I needed was taken well care of. Throughout the entire time that Hyundai had my car, Kirsten kept me abreast of my car's progress with daily updates. She kept me informed and assured me that all would be well. She always keeps me updated on when my next service is due. SUPERB AS ALWAYS!
