My first service today at Mike White Ford CDA for my 2018 F350 diesel pickup. I truly can't think of any possible improvement to my experience. I was met promptly and courteously in the cozy, dry service entry bay, visited for twenty minutes with Tim, the awesome salesman who sold me the truck, and less than an hour after I first drove in the truck was ready to go.

Are known industry wide to be a place to get serviced without lubrication, and I never thought to seek their help outside of a recall or warranty. After buying my F150 last year (Used) the sells Manager extended the maintenance coverage for the next 12 mo. Due to the fact we don't drive it much I was just recently prompted for an oil change, thinking I was still within the 12 mo. I scheduled the service to be done at the dealer. After making the appointment I received a call notifying me that I have missed the window and we would be charged for this service. To my surprise it was "not" grossly over priced, and I would prefer my truck to be serviced by someone that is best qualified to work on my vehicle. They did not try to upsell me or blow smoke up my ***, they focused on my concerns which was my oil change & remote battery. Simple, fast, honest and polite I can see myself considering them in the future and we'll see if they can change my mind about working with a dealership service center.
