Great Service!
My 2016 Lincoln MKX has suddenly had a number of issues, all of which have been covered under warrenty but all the service provided has been great. Kevyn Erbe has been very helpful and all the staff in the service bay have been friendly each and every time I've been in.

Kevyn Erbe!
Kevyn Erbe is the reason I will continue to take my truck in for service at Mike White Ford. He was able to take care of my recall on my f150 without a scheduled appointment and not even a 24 hour notice. Now that is service!

Continued great service.
We found the process of making appointment, checking in for service, getting courtesy ride home, and picking up car to be painless. Sorry that we procrastinated, won’t be doing that again. Way to go Mike Ford service team!

Recall performed on my Mustang
I have the most amazing service from start to finish everyone was very professional fast and efficient. Also want to thank Kevin my service advisor who is absolutely incredible. He had a different spelling of Kevin want to make sure he gets kudos to the boss. I would definitely go back and see him.

Great Service
I had an issue with my new Fusion. The service dept. was closed. The sales team and sales manager were quick to assist me. I ended up leaving my Fusion there overnight for the service team to look at in the morning. A member of the service team called me first thing in the morning to discuss the issue and they had it fixed by mid afternoon. I'm very grateful to everyone involved, their willingness to help me out and their ability to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved quickly - thanks so much!

Service center gets top marks.
They did all they said the would and help me informed along the way. When things went wrong and they were not able to keep the anticipated schedule they quick to inform me and make sure I was taken care of, including transportation, doing the wait.

My '13 F 150 had a transmission recall.
Kevin in service handled the check in and out very professionally. What was going to be 45-60 minute process took 20 minutes!

As always, did just as I asked
I came in with a short list of items to be completed on my truck and as always they accomplished all within a timely manner and smiles on their faces. Love coming to this place to have my repairs done on my 12 year old truck ?

professional yet friendly service
Sometimes comparisons make a point in reviews, here's mine.
I had my car towed to Mike White Ford for service, and I had to wait until the next day for my car to be fixed. Coincidently, my husband's car was over at the Subaru dealership "next-door", so I went over there to pick it up for him and to use it while I was waiting for my car. The Subaru service department there was extremely unprofessional. One service attendant was talking to 2 cute blondes after handing then their final paperwork-for what seemed like a half hour , but was more like 10 actual minutes without greeting me or saying "I'll be with you in a minute." The other service attendant was talking to no one and completely ignored me. When someone else finally assisted me, he seemed unfriendly and "resigned" to go get our Subaru for me.
By contrast, everyone at Mike White Ford is always professional and friendly -Specifically Joe and Kevin for this trip. And of course, there is LouGene who is always the best when I need a ride to work. It is nice to know that some places value professionalism in their service departments. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service
Kevyn Erbe is the man! Helped get our vehicle in earlier than scheduled and even offer to give me a ride to the golf course since he saw my clubs in the car. I would have taken him up on that offer just to spend time with the guy, but already had a ride lined up. Maybe next time Kevyn!

Kevin Erbe is not just a service writer, he is literally a god amongst men. I am tired of dealerships making big promises and not delivering. Kevin is a man who underpromises and always overdelivers. Service dept. was excellent in service and very very knowledgable
Very awesome service, had my dream car there for oil change and service, the whole service center were very helpful, on time, very friendly.
Will always recommend to other friends who want the best service in the pacific northwest.
