Very convenient!
Had a couple recalls on my truck, I called the dealership and they were able to come out that day and complete the services right in my garage! Super convenient and highly recommended.

I had a warranty issue with my 2016 f250. Mike White Ford offered to send their mobile service truck to my home. I made the appointment, they arrived right on time. The two techs were very polite and explained what needed to be done. 30 mins later they were done. This eliminated me having to spend half my day taking the truck in. Very much appreciated.

Can life get any better?
Came to the house, provided the recall service booked and done in about 30 minutes.
In the old days I would of had to take 1/2 a day off, drive the 25 minutes one way, wait and drive back.

Excellent job this time
My last experience regarding a recall was horrible and I spent months waiting for a part that the service writer never even had me on the list as waiting for. This time the service writer moved me to the top of the list and sent the mobile repair technicians out the next day to take care of the recalled part.

Best RV repair experience we have had!
Mike White Ford saved us a 250 mile trip for a recall on the Ford chassis of our 30 foot RV. Every other Ford dealer in Spokane told us they could not work on it because they did not have a lift for RVs. We were told that the closest option was in the Seattle area! We then reached out to Ford who also called dealers and confirmed that it was the case in Spokane. We were very unhappy! But the Ford customer service Rep was determined to find us an option. And we are so glad she found Mike White in CDA! Not only did they agree to work on it, but they brought a mobile unit TO OUR HOME IN SPOKANE! And they completed the job in 30 minutes!
They were excellent communicators as well! They had to delay our job because a part did not arrive that might have been needed. They did not want to leave our RV out of commission if it was needed, which we greatly appreciated! So they communicated the situation to us and we rescheduled the appointment. They came ON TIME for the rescheduled appointment and they were very efficient!
We will use Mike White Ford from now on!

Safety recall repairs (Hydroboost Line Leaks)
Via Ford's support line I was directed to Mike White Ford of CDA regarding a recall on the power steering line. Our vehicle is a 30' RV (E-450), I was informed they would come to our location to inspect and if required repair the problem. The guys showed up on time, ran a test and made the necessary repairs. Shane was very professional, explained the work that was done and also mentioned additional services offered by Mike White Ford with regard to RV's. Awesome customer service. Thank you!

Recall work
The 2 young gentleman who came to do the Recall work were both very professional in their work ethics. One did the Recall work and the other programmed the garage door opener in my car for me. I would have asked them to sync my phone to the car, but I didn’t want to take advantage of them.
