Problems Not Addressed
I reported a clicking / tapping sound coming from the front end at startup when cold and provided a recording of this sound. Also reported a rattle in the front end at high speed. Start up sound continues; no opportunity to test for rattle. Still awaiting a call re a loaner so they could keep the vehicle for further evaluation.

Love the Car and dealership is very convenient
Vehicle purchased in New Port Richie, but serviced here in Wesley Chapel so I can't comment on sales. They do have sufficient service staff to help you and they were attentive.

I was told at the time of sale that I’d get 1 year of free oil changes. (He knew I was eating a 15k/year lease) at this oil change I was informed it was my last free one even though a year won’t be until August. I am not a fan of telling people whatever they can to sell a car when it’s a lie. I sold cars for many years and did not participate in these kind of tactics. I can get oil changes and other device anywhere so I won’t be coming back here for it.

2 hours for an oil change
Made an appointment for a 9am oil change and my car still took 2 hours to service. Other warranty service was done on my car without it being explained to me or what time frame I should expect it to be done in.
