Service was better than before regarding time spent there. Other times I spent 2 to 3 hours for a oil change and AC service which was too long but this time about an hour for a oil change and tire rotation. I did noticed the dealer service dept was pretty empty and they had appts available thruout the week available at anytime. Perhaps customers got tired of spending long hours there

I brought my vehicle in for a recall on a sensor. On the way to the dealership, I’ve only had the car a month maybe, the air pressure warning light illuminated so I asked the service professional to have them take a look at the tires when they did the sensor and he said “sure, no problem.”
I came to pick up the car and the professional told me that the tire pressure sensor wasn’t resetting and it may when I drive it a little more. I asked what was wrong and he said that they just put some air into it. As I was driving home I noticed the tire pressure was showing on the display and 3 tires were at 28psi and the fourth was at 26, this was the one causing the error light. I returned home and checked the door jam to verify the recommended psi. The recommended psi is 35. I filled all tires to 35 and the error was eliminated.
Now either the professional lied to me, the technician lied to the professional or the staff is just incompetent. Either way, it is bad because when I purchased the car the “Maintenance Interval” warning came up and when I called they said the technician didn’t reset the computer. This was a loaner and had around 4K miles on it already. But again, the technician was incompetent and couldn’t complete a simple task.

We should have done our due diligence and addressed the tire pressure concern for you if it was as simple as filling the tires with air. I will communicate this with my staff so we can figure out why this wasn't addressed properly. I will also have him check his tire gauge for accuracy to make sure it was not a tool malfunction. Took over an hour for an oil change that I had a scheduled appointment for. Employees were sitting around in the service area, and one individual was even singing loudly. Although I love my Hyundai, I would rather pay a few extra dollars to have the work done somewhere else in a timely manner.

Today's customer service was excellent. After running personal errands all morning with my 1-year-old daughter my last stop was at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, by this time I was exhausted. The service clerk was very nice he got my vehicle information within 60seconds of entering the door, I arrived at 1510 and was out of the door by 1545. I really appreciated that great customer service and efficient service.
