Stranded visitor and great service!
My Sonata had broken down in Mill Creek during a visit from Vancouver, WA and was towed to the shop for repair. Service staff were able to expedite the diagnosis and repair (broken starter fork) in just one day! I unfortunately confused the sales hours of operation with those of the service department and arrived after Service closed at 6 pm to recover my Sonata. Though the service door was locked, service staff were still inside and were gracious enough to let me in. They took their time reviewing the service and gave me VIP service processing payment, getting my car, etc. Great attitude on their part!!!! Thank you!!
