Dealership doesn't backup salesman's claims
When I bought my 2014 sonata, the salesman told me that as long as I kept the dealer plate frames on the car that my service would be $27.99. This was not backed as I now pay $40.00

Because they never fix anything when told it's not right! Had to contact head office before they fixed my defrosters right.
Have been telling them my AC is making a low grueling sound . Something isn't right. But they say they can't hear it.

They are easy to deal with on all levels. Always friendly, and very efficient. Comfortable area to relax in while waiting for service to be done. TV, a snack and a choice of beverages. And there is always a full explanation of services done, and what to expect in the future.
