What a great place to come for service!
Person who checked me in was so nice, completely took care of me from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and he told me they needed to check my car for a recall problem and they did, and the oil change was free! I didn't have to bug them about possible recall, they brought it up first thing. Turns out everything was fine and I left the service center with my car running perfect as usual. I love to visit the Everett Hyundai dealer and am a loyal customer because of the great service they provide.

Second Service at Hyundai - Not so great experience
As much delighted and satisfied we were after our first service at Hyundai of Everett, the second one was a real disappointment.
When compared with 1st service sheet, lot of things were missed for checking/inspection in second service.

Air pressure in the tires not checked
I believe air pressure in the tires was not checked during regular maintenance. Just 4 days since the visit, I saw on other station that air pressure was off a lot form what it should be.
