very courteous and informative
Have recommend this to several family members and friends due to the way we were treated at the time of our purchase. In fact the very next day our daughter and son-in law went in an bought a Santa Fe. After driving our new one and having tried out several different SUV's he was very impressed with the car.

Service is great, Pricing is NOT
I used to feel like it was a good price for the service I received, until recently when they increased oil change prices to $49.99 and without ever notifying me, as a customer who has gone there for service on my car since I bought it in June 2014. I will no longer get oil changes there as I can get them much cheaper anywhere else (plus closer to my house), even with the so called discount of still having my Hyundai of Everett plate covers (which I guess I no longer need to keep on). I was not happy with the price of replacing my fog lamp either. I will start comparing all service prices prior to returning.

The service personnel really know their stuff.
I took my 2013 Azera to Hyundai of Everett for the 60000 mile maintenance work and the car works just like new after the work. Acceleration was improved, the car was smooth, and it was delivered when promised. They even had a rental car available if you needed it. Plan on 4 1/2 to 5 hours for the work.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Service is always great and the quotes for the services are spot on. They are never pushy with upselling additional needs for the vehicle. They just note things that will probably need to be fixed and let you know how soon they need to be completed or if you can go a while. They don't push their own service either so you're free to go somewhere else if you wish.
