Excellent Service and Friendly Staff
I have taken my 2013 Hyundai Accent to Wesley Chapel Hyundai Service since I purchased the vehicle, and I've never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The waiting area is comfortable, and it's nice to have free wi-fi access while waiting. Thank you for providing excellent service to your customers!

Second repair same equipment
This is not a dealer discrepancy but a manufacturer default. The dealer did a very good job but I had to pay because the warranty had just expired. I only get about 2.5 years between failures.

I've been coming to this dealership for over 10 years and have had consistently good service. The wait is never too long and they offer complimentary coffee and popcorn while you wait. Advisors are always friendly and professional.

Wash and vacuum all serviced cars.
Oil change, tire rotation and installation of Hood deflector was good. Time required was good. Waiting area is good too. Reps are good. Tech returned my car dirty. I asked why it was not washed and vacuumed and he said it was because I did not ask. This made me feel uncomfortable because I saw several cars ahead of mine returned with a fresh car wash. If this is the practice it should be posted in plain view or reps should ask customers if they want the service. It was a standard practice at the previous dealership I went to. Next time I will ask.

Wait time was exactly as promised.
I don't have time to waste in my day, so when I ask how long the wait will be, it is important that I am not lied to. If it is going to be long, I would leave and return later. I was told a window of time, and the repairs fell within that window, and everything was done right.

Excellent service
Took my son’s car in for oil change and overall service. Have had an issue with the left tail lights as well. Service took a little bit of time at 8AM but to have everything completed it was expected. Car sitting ready for 25 minutes before being called was a bit frustrating as James was WAY behind (maybe get the guy some additional help, Hyundai! He was all over the place). All service was completed and tail light issue resolved as bulb, fuse, housing and wiring was shot. Walked away with $0 due and everything purring like a kitten and working perfectly. Thanks Hyundai!
