Make sure what you discuss on phone is what are getting.
Sadly after years of great service and 5 Hyundai cars, my last service was so bad I lost money and time and had to go to another shop to get my car fixed.

We do use factory components and also have a factory trained technician working on the vehicle. You also receive a 12 month 12000 mile parts and labor warranty for any defects or workmanship issues within that time frame. Not much amenities here. I also went for a test drive, I was to receive a $40 gift card, but wasn't able to us card. The card was online, there i wasn't able to utilize the card.

Should have done better
I have been going to this dealership for about 9yrs or so. This last trip was the worst by far! Took 4 hrs to service vehicle when it should have been done within 1.5 to 2hrs. I would still recommend service as I can’t bash them for years of good/great service.

Good customer service but service work is terrible
Customer service is good but the mechanical service work is not so good. I’ve taken my car to this dealership 4 times and they still have not fixed my car. They can’t figure out why the traction light keeps coming on and causing the car not to accelerate and then the brakes lock up. It’s trial and error until with hopes trying different things possibly fix the problem.

Friendly staff. Clean facility.
Staff is friendly. Keep you up to date with the service being performed. Complimentary popcorn and coffee are available. Can watch TV while waiting and there is also a room geared for children to watch child programs.
