After being a Kia owner since 2005 (5 Kia's 2005,2008,2011,2015) I was chased away by a totally obnoxious new owner of the Kia dealership in Wesley Chapel.

I decided to try Hyundai and am very glad I did. Hyundai of Wesley Chapel treated me extremely well thru both the sale and the service.

What Title are you speaking of?
I was amazed that the employees were not aware of the promotion that was mailed to customers. When I realized that I was not given the discount I went back and spoke to another rep., she gave me a credit on my next service visit. I hope that I will not have problems when I return for my service visit.

Have we ever performed a ride along with you to try and confirm the noise while you're driving the vehicle with one of our technicians? We can try and duplicate the noise together so you can pin point the noise when it happens. Let me know and we can place you in a rental vehicle at no charge while we check it out for you. Took my car in to fix a known recall issue. The staff recommended fixing a bunch of other issues. $400 later, the mechanics managed to miss a burnt out tail light and my car is not wanting to start.

I don't see the correlation with the no start concern, however, we can definitely check that out for you at no cost.
