Unhappy
I would've gave a five star rating but for me being a new car owner and taking my truck in for a first time oil change and first service and had to pay out of pocket for both. Im very unhappy. I thought it was including when I signed the paperwork. Then I wanted to speak to someone about no one was available. So I left my name and number and no one got back to me. I'm not happy right now.

I love this location and Sean Tolton
The location is convenient to home, the aethetics and atmosphere are great. I have kicked back & done homework, but nothing beats the staff especially Sean Tolton. He and I started at SATURN together and to my surprise when I brought my first Hyundai he was a Pohanka. The care and service he has given me over the years is par none! He is an exemplary employee & person and I’m happy to let you know. BTW I missed giving my salesperson Mr. CHARLES Bivens cudos back in May 2019. He is great too

I get my money's worth
My car was due for its 30K service, plus my tire pressure lights kept lighting up despite putting air into it. It was a Friday afternoon, and I dreaded going in because I usually go in the mornings, but that day I had a tight schedule so couldn't make it. With all that had to be done, they quoted a 2 1/2 hour waiting time. I was surprised because I thought it would be much longer given I was there later than usual. They delivered as promised within that timeframe - even with a car wash [did lunch and shopping with some friends during that time:)]. A special thank you to Jacqueline for your special care. The staff is always friendly and professional which adds to its pleasant ambiance. I feel I get my money's worth when I take my car there (going on 6 or 7 years now?).

Always pleasantly and graciously greeted, served efficiently, competently and quickly.
Sean Tolton is the greatest service manager I’ve ever known. He takes good care of my car and is considerate of costs and my time. He listens to my experiences and questions and follows through with the appropriate investigation to diagnose and correct problems. He communicates effectively.

Excellent customer service
I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It only took an hour tops and I got a free car wash (added bonus). The representatives were very nice and welcoming. They also had snacks ready for their customers and great WI-Fi service (amazing to use while you wait). I used to get my oil change in Va and did not like the service in comparison to the Capitol Heights location.
