Misrepresentation & Broken Promises
Origin of my first Hyundai, a Tiburon, in the early 2000s; currently on the third Hyundai!

Amazing how fast time flies & how quickly an experience with the Sales & Financing departments would nose-dive... thanks to mis-representation, broken promises, & lack of transparency!

Thanks to Service for saving the day; unfortunately the damage in customer service has already been done.

Great Service even without an appointment
I had an issue with my sonata. I took it in and met Tim Turnbull and John Grasso. They were very quick and did it while I waited. They were very professional and not pushy.if you ever need Service go in and see them they will not disappoint.

GREAT SERVICE STAFF
I have been returning to service my vehicles @ Atlantic Hyundai for over a DECADE. The SERVICE staff are polite and provide an in depth analysis for any issue one might incur.

I would like to give a big shout out to John Grosso (SERVICE REP) for his OUTSTANDING job performance every single time I return for service..AAA++++++

Efficient and problem fixed
The service department is was efficient checking in...recall was fixed and.service rep called timely when car was ready...appears to take covid 19 social distancing serious...miss the coffee but understand..like that rarely have to go back for same problem..one and done..much better than other dealers (service dept)..

3.5 hours waiting for Oil change and Tire rotation after scheduled appointment.
I waited 3.5 hours for my first Oil change and Tire rotation. I tried again a few months later because I had a prepaid maintenance package. I left in disgust after 1.5 hours of waiting after checking on the status of my service. They told me that my oil change and rotation wasn't done, but they wanted to know if they should add a state inspection.
Another customer in the lounge stated that he was already waiting 3 hours for his oil change. Both of my service visits were scheduled in advance.
I believe that my prepaid maintenance package is pretty much useless because it's not worth it for me to travel to some distant dealer because I sure won't be back here.
