Great service dept
The service department is just wonderful everyone there is so nice and the manager is very helpful I love the service department the people in sales though for cars they seem very shady and I don’t like that

I just want to compliment John Grosso and say thank you so much for all the help he has provided to me in getting my car serviced. I’ve had to bring my car in a few times and he is always so pleasant and takes the time to explain every detail of what is being worked on. He keeps me updated once they have diagnosed the problem and let’s me know as soon as the car is ready!

Excellent Service as always!
I usually have John Grosso (for many years-this is my 2nd Atlantic Hyundai Sonata) and have always had a great experience! This time, I was assisted by his trainee Justin who did an amazing job! He is definitely following in John’s footsteps.

I had some family illness and did not get to schedule a service appointment. I called and spoke with Jonathan who got me an appointment within a few days. Greatly appreciated.

Satisfied customer In 2007 I Purchased my first Hyundai vehicle it was a 2007 Azera Limited since then I had purchased another Azera Limited and 2 Sonata’s Limited 2 Elantra’s Limited I’ve always been satisfied with the Hyundai product and the employees that work at Atlantic Hyundai I’d like to give special attention to John Grosso who has been my service advisor since the beginning.
John is very knowledgeable I feel confident that when I bring in a vehicle I’m getting the best service possible John is an asset to the Atlantic Hyundai family. For as long as I have done business thru John Grosso He has never steered me in the wrong direction.

Service is the star at this dealership
Have purchased 3 new cars at Atlantic. Veracruz. Sante Fe, Palisade. Sales experience has always been a thorough and complete nightmare. You really have to want a Hyundai and be able to fight hard to get any competent help. Dishonesty, BS and complete uselessness have dominated every experience. They simply do not know what they are doing. The only saving grace has been a great service advisor who knows his stuff, and takes care of what we needed.

Excellent service... I have been going to Atlantic Hyundai for years now. I have never been taken advantage of . The mechanics are very honest and when I bring my car in for service I never worry , about sloppy work as they take the upmost care of my vehicle.
