The location
Will have been to this location on several times. Will was my service advisor on at least two of those visits. Will has provided Exceptional Customer Service on those occasions. I have also observed Will's interactions with other customers and he always displays a pleasant and professional manner. Kudos to Will!

My experience at Pohanka.
Mr Will Bishop is a stellar service adviser. He listens to you intently. After the work is performed, he takes time to explain exactly what was done to rectify the concern you had with your vehicle. He is a "6" out of 5 star kind of guy.

My service representative (Sean) was very professional. He explained the details of what was included in the scheduled maintenance. He kept me informed via text message as to the progress of the work. He also explained to me what additional services may be needed. Overall, I had a very good customer experience me thanks to Sean and also to the technician who did the work on my vehicle.

Happy Customer after a Bumpy Start
Pohanka Hyundai grew on me. Initially I had trouble getting my issue across to the service agents who tried thier best to communicate my issue to the technicians. It took several visits for them to understand that the problem was not fixed on my vehicle. Once my cars issue was escalated to the service manager and a special hyundai engineer, my issue was resolved quickly and quietly. I want to send an extra special thank you out to the service manager, and the staff at Pohanka for eventually solving my problem with my car. Thank you so very much

Technician Is Very Highly Recommend To Service and Customer
I had the pleasure of working with Sean as my technician. I would recommend him to anyone that needs service. I was on vacation and my car could not be service right away. Sean phoned me and discussed my concerns and kept me in the loop the total time. I provided him with my dates to return to the US and the date I would be available to pick my car up. When I picked up my car Sean reviewed everything with me.

Thanks to Sean that my problem was resolved in a manner acceptable to me. I had taken my car in for service for the same problem prior to leaving for vacation with no satisfaction on the resolution. That service center wanted to provide a solution unacceptable to me because it did not fix the problem I was experiencing.

Thanks goes out to Sean he is a great access to the Hyundai family.
