When I purchased my first 2005 Santa Fe, I was hooked. I purchased my second which is 2009 Santa Fe Limited. Now if I can get the Palisade in my budget, that will be hands down for me. The service department team is great. Never had an issue with them nor a problem with my vehicle. I just take it in for routine maintenance. It helps to have coupons, if not one will show up.

it was ok.
The guy at the service desk was extremely nice and helpful. However the service done on my car was just ok. I honestly don't think they rotated my tires but I know for a fact that they didn't put air in them. It is sad that I have to always check what they are suppose to do when servicing my car and then after receiving my car I have to double check as much as I can again.

Sean Tolton ,my Equus service manager, is excellent. He communicated by text the entire time my car was with him & did not try to oversell service; only needed 1 tire replaced and that is what he informed me. The quotes included labor, so total was a little less than expected.
Only concern is that he seems to be only service manager that handles this model, so when he is not in, service dept they are not very professional, as I see with my son’s Sonata.

Not sure about this visit
I initially called to schedule a service ahead of time. I was told I would be contacted early in the morning for my car to be picked up. On the day of service, I did not receive a call until around 10. My car was picked up between 11 and 12. I received a call that my car was finished and the service was explained. My car was returned. I went to drive my car that afternoon and started hearing a loud noise that was not there before. I received a text from my service agent asking my to complete a survey. I text back regarding the issue with my car. I have heard nothing back at all. I plan to go to the dealership to have it checked out. After paying over $600 for service, it seems like I should have received some type of response back from Kirsten.

The service representatives are very friendly, let you know what your problem are if there are any, also how long it will take for your repairs.
