At least they fixed the car...
They took care of the problem, but that's about it... The service was done at noon, hours before I came to pick up my vehicle at 2pm and yet I had to wait 15minutes for the service member to finish paperwork. He was unable to drive my car up front for me because it's a manual transmission so I had to wait for another member to bring it up. When I got the vehicle back, it was not washed which I thought was a complimentary service for getting my car repairs done at the dealership... I'm just glad that the service was free because there was a safety recall that I was never even told about until halfway through getting the service done.... Oh well, it could have been a better experience, but the important part is at least the problem seems to be fixed.

Really good experience at College Park Hyundai. My service came in under budget. The staff kept me informed of the progress of the work being done on my vehicle and they finished in a most timely manner. It was a pleasant morning and made my day.

Following my 2-star review, the manager of College Park Hyundai called to apologize for the wait time and offer a credit to help make up for the lost time. I'm impressed with the follow-up and decision-making that seems to be happening behind the scenes to improve this location's customer service and management.

Unexpectedly took hours and hours
I went in for an oil change. Two and a half hours later, I was told I needed a simple tire patch. After four hours and 15 minutes, I finally had keys in hand. I was given a discount on my bill ... but I have no idea why you leave someone waiting in your waiting room without transportation for more than four hours for two simple, speedy tasks. I do usually have a fine experience with them, and the oil changes there usually take 60-90 minutes (also not speedy, but not this bad).

I wish the billing counter would not hide the available discounts for services rendered. I had a 50% discount coupon delivered to my e-mail address half an hour after I had paid full price and already left the service shop.
