I got two recall repairs done free of charge & it didn't take too long. Online Scheduling was great as well. After the repairs the technician gave me a detailed list of items that should be taken care of at my next tuneup, which was helpful. He told me the estimated prices of each item, but didn't pressure me into having them done there.

The waiting area is very nice, though I wish they would mute the TV. While I was waiting for my car, I got a text from the sales department trying to sell me a new Hyundai, which I found very annoying and intrusive. I had one other experience with the sales department before I bought my Hyundai, and that wasn't good either. The service department is great, but the salespeople seem very smarmy and capitalistic, which is why I didn't buy my car from them.

I always receive great service from College Park Hyundai. They have always give me excellent care and service. They are very interested in your needs and go beyond the call of duty to see that your are happy. Their sales people are also very wonderful. I recommend College Park Hyundai.

Everytime
Every other time I take my car up here for a simple oil change they always forget to do something one time they forgot to put my engine air filter compartment down and my car was making a loud muffling noise the next time they didn't top off fluids in my car so I had no windshield wiper fluid during the snow

I can't say I had a great experience
I will not bash all the staff there because I believe there are some awesome people there, however, my experience was unacceptable and caused me additional time and money.

Too long of service time
Great place , but terrible at service times . I probably waited abt an hour and a half before my car was even put into the garage . That’s unacceptable !
