I do appreciate this dealership, and the service counter is very polite and professional, but this time they fell short. I had to wait over two hours for a scheduled oil change. When I got home I observed a 3 inch fresh oil spot on my driveway. This was residual oil from somewhere. When I looked this am and after cleaning up the large spot, there were several smaller spots. This is oil residue left over in the skid pan or oil filter drain area which was not cleaned from the used oil. I have changed oil in this vehicle several times, and this is not acceptable. I will be back, but I will be proceeding with a much higher level of caution next time.

I had an LOF, tire rotation and a repair done on my running board. I was told that it would take about an hour but to my pleasant surprise it only took 40 minutes. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction.
