Efficient and Friendly

I was just in for a oil change. Everyone was on spot. The whole process took less than a hour and out the door. The waiting room had plenty of overstuff chairs, maybe replace a few that needed new cushions. Had a very good experience for my first time at White Ford.

TOOK TOO LONG FOR OIL CHANGE

I showed up at 10:30 for a 11 o’clock oil change and saw my car sitting outside done for 25 minutes I was told done by 12 and got out of there at 12:25. It dose not take this long for an oil change and it seems to take longer each time I get my oil change done. I feel this is poor customer service and would like to see this issue addressed.

Recent service and brake job.

Got service date sooner than I had expected, because of needing front brake job. arrived at The appointment 08:00 and was ready to for ride very fast. The brake job needed new rotors and pads. The Ford pads not available, but better quality Napa ones were o.k.'ed and job completed in good time. Cost was in the ball park of what was quoted and did not break my bank. Service personal were polite and very business orientated. Thanks to all the crew.

Always a pleasure

The Service adviser estimated my wait would be an hour. My vehicle was done in just over a half hour. I like the way they space their appointments. They are faster than the drive through lube centers.

Great Service!!

I needed new tires and Cole was the fantastic employee who helped me feel comfortable with the process and purchase of the tires. I am always treated with respect and courtesy when I am at Mike White Ford. Also, I cannot forget to recognize LuJean, the shuttle driver, who is fantastic at her job. Nail in My Tire

I was on my way to work when my tire pressure light suddenly turned on while I was on the freeway. I was only two exits away from Mike White Ford so I went straight in. I had hoped that nothing was wrong but Cole let me know that there was a nail in my tire. They were able to patch it for me before lunch and had me on my way for a ridiculously cheap price. Thanks Cole and the service team for taking such good care of me! I love knowing that I can count on you guys whenever I need help.
