My service representative has been a pleasure to work with. When I come in for service he is able to articulate the various elements of the recommended service. He also assures me that my vehicle will be thoroughly evaluated for any problem areas. That means so much to me since I travel back & forth to Louisville Kentucky each month.

Only one complaint
My service provider was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is when I reiterated the cost for servicing my car and explain not to exceed my budget, I wish someone would have talked to me before completing work on my car that exceed that budget.

The personnel in the service department (specifically Sean) are always so professional and courteous. He ensures that you are well taken care of, that the technicians are aware of any problems with your automobile and the options you have for repairs.
The service department is excellent. Sean always goes above and beyond explaining the situation with my automobile and the options for repairs. I know that I can rely on this.

Had my car for 9 days without an update
I said I wouldn’t write a review but they keep sending me the email to review my last visit so here it go. I dropped my car for “early bird drop-off” June 25th for the check engine light illuminated they diagnosed it to a sensor and told me they have to order the part and it would be in the next day. That was the last I heard from anyone at the dealership about my car and it wasn’t until July 1st when I walked over to the General Manager’s office and told my situation. He of course got my car repair done, really?..I’m just fortunate to have another car but could you imagine if that was someone’s only car? No loaner vehicle, no real explanation of why it took so long, just I’m sorry, I understand your frustration...oh and take this bill for $300.

Very Professional Service with a Personal Touch
I have been totally spoiled by the service I get from Pohanka Hyundai. One of the staff drives my car in for me and hands over the service to Sean, the service manager assigned to me since 2014. He takes personal care of the service I’ve received, even coming in on his day off to make sure my car’s service was handled properly.
My car is returned to me, usually in much better, cleaner condition than it was in before the service. I am very pleased.
