In the beginning there were a few issues with a couple of members of the staff at Parkway Hyundai. However, after resolving these issues, things improved. So far, I am pleased with the service. I would especially like to express my thanks and appreciation to Chris in Service and Joann in Sales.

This was not the experience I am used to.
This service experience is not what I expected.
Why should I drive 45 minutes to this dealership only to have to wait longer than normal for similar service.

Outstanding Staff
Our service was minor—the seat belt connection verification. We were there for 15-20 minutes. The service writer performed the check himself and also answered a couple of questions my wife had on the car’s blue tooth setup. We were not kept waiting at all. All of our experiences at Parkway—from purchasing our new car to services we’ve had performed have been excellent experiences.

People in the service dept. are so friendly.
I would recommend Parkway because the quality of the vehicles is so good and the service dept. provides a good area while the vehicle is being serviced.

Best place for sales and service
I love Parkway Hyundai. I bought my first Sonata from Chris G in May 2015 and when it’s time I’ll buy another one from him as he was the best! As far as service they are easy to work with for my schedule and are all so super nice and that makes taking my car in for service so much easier. I always feel comfortable and know they have checked out everything so I always feel super safe when traveling 2000 plus miles a month for work...great car and great service - who could ask for more?

Great Experience
Squeezed me in the same day I called since I was concerned about driving the car until I had it checked and did the work in a timely fashion- it was ready when promised, at a very reasonable cost. Car was returned much cleaner then it arrived.

Quick and Efficient Service
A recent visit to Parkway Hyundai Service Department for regular maintenance was a great experience...quick, professional, efficient with Dennis providing an itemized list of everything that was performed for our 15,000 mile check. The water pipes in the car wash area had burst...so they couldn’t wash our Sante Fe...which is a very nice perk! He advised I could bring it by later for a quick wash. Thanks for going the extra mile!
