Oil leak on the road
Arrived at Parkway Hyundai from a trip to Durham with oil dripping down from the engine. Chris Deen did not want me driving further without having the car checked out. He squeezed it into service bay and reported that it could be several things, but did not want me driving home in it. He arranged a loaner. On Monday he called and advised it was the oil pressure switch. Soon thereafter he called and said the car was ready. Thanks to Parkway and their top eople for handling this issue in a professional and expeditious manner.

I found Chris to be very pleasant and personable. After three visits and requesting to have a tire problem checked, it was finally repaired.

Everyone is so friendly.
I feel your price for oil change and tire rotation is way too high. I can get the same work done with same warranty at other reliable shops for about half the price.

I have been coming to this dealership for service of my Hyundai Sonata since I purchased it in 2011. Even though I did not purchase from Parkway, their service department has been fantastic. Chris Deen has been my so to Service Advisor and is absolutely the best in all my years of dealing with dealerships. DO NOT let him leave. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Expensive oil change
Nice dealership probably will consider buying from you oil changes are way too expensive can get it will change when I car for much less than half of what you charge me

Fair Treatment to One and All
My wife and I are treated as if we purchased the most expensive model from the dealership instead of one of the lower priced ones. The Hyundai Accent is actually my wife's car predominately and she loves it. She is the one that takes it in to the dealership of al it's mileage "need tos" and she has always been treated fairly and with respect. So that also makes me satisfied with Parkway Dealership so much I'm considering if and when I can move up in a newer model car to deal with Parkway myself.

They responsiveness and willingess to go out of their way to get the best support for their customer.
Another Hyundai dealer, in another state, inspected my vehicle's engine and reported there were no problems. When I took my vehicle in to Parkway for another reason, I asked them to do a recheck because I continued to have engine problems. They did the basic check, which was negative, and then proposed an oil analysis, which revealed a major problem. They then interacted with Hyundai and arranged for an engine replacement, with no cost for the engine or the tests, even though the engine was out of warranty. These are the kinds of people with whom you continue to do business.

Whenever I need some work done on my Wife's Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, I call Chris Deen at the dealership. Chris is very good about getting our car in as soon as possible, but sometimes it may take a few extra days before he can work it in. If the work takes more that a couple of hours, he tries to arrange for me to have a loaner to drive. Most of the time with an oil change or yearly inspection, I just wait in the customer lounge until it is ready. Chris is very customer friendly and so is everyone I come in contact with at Parkway Hyundai. I have always told my friends about the excellent service we receive at your business. You have some great employees working for you.
