Need more staff so that the dealership can add value for the customers
The dealership is struggling to accommodate service requests. Need improvement on getting appointments on time and through service experience.

Suspension repair
The suspension over my rear tires was causing the body of the car to almost sit on the tires. I had to have it towed to the dealership as it was unsafe to drive. I waited a long time got it back. The suspension on the passenger side still was low and then it made a clunking sound. The dealer said they would need a part to redo that and we had to wait a long time for the part which I understand. Then they fixed it I got it back and I still have the clunk

I would recommend AJ to be anyone service provider at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. He was able to step in when the other service tech left and did everything to update on the status of my car parts and orders. I have a new best friend and have never felt I was being ripped off like some other dealerships.

Summary of a Multi-Facted Repair
The service here was fantastic. I’d like to acknowledge AJ Wilson of Hyundai of Wesley Chapel as a great Service Advisor. I was assisted in all aspects toward my vehicle and he tried to give me all the ease possible. Not your Grandfather's dealership
Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is not the stereo-typical car dealership. There are no sales tactics to force you into quick decisions or push you to get something you don't want. My lease was expiring and I needed service done on my vehicle but didn't have an appointment. When I arrived at the service area, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and told me how long it could take. He also gave me an idea of what the service would cost. I appreciate knowing this up front. I was interested in either purchasing my current vehicle of leasing a new one. The sales representative who worked with me was very understanding of what I wanted and was diligent in getting the answers to all my questions and explaining my options. I was treated with respect by everyone I interacted with. This is a dealership that has it right and knows hot to treat its customers.
