Good Communication and No Suprises!
First time using Service @ Hyundai Of Wesley Chapel. AJ, took the time to communicate and answer all my questions. My windshield has been replaced twice on my Santa Fe and AJ communicated with AutoGlass America to resolve the Front Camera Calibration. All in All, the experience was Fantastic!

The quality of service provided to me during my scheduled appointment was outstanding. I walked in and was greeted by my service rep who checked me in and gave me an approximate time when the maintenance work would be done. I was able to leave the property to run some errand. Within an hour I got a call saying that my vehicle was done. When I returned, I was given a detailed explanation of the work that was done and potential issues in the future. My overall experience, including the level of customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.. I'm a happy customer!

Quick and easy
My experience on this appointment went very well. I was reminded of my appointment day and time. The check in process was painless and quick. I was notified within an hour when my vehicle was ready to be picked up and the charges for the service, Overall I'm pleased with the service and cost.

been there for a couple off times for service never had to wait to long for the service and for them to return the vehicle back to me staff is friendly have nothing negative to say at this point

AJ, my service advisor was able to get me in for an oil change plus 2 other things that were recommended. He got me a Lyft to and from an appointment promptly while my car was being serviced and is always a great communicator. I will continue to drive to Wesley Chapel Hyundai and go on a day AJ works to continue getting the best service!
