AJ
AJ has been a rockstar in a very difficult and annoying process. I’ve had to do multiple oil consumption test and it has been a very long and time consuming process. AJ has been very helpful and accommodating, trying his hardest to ease the stress of the situation.

Recall and more
I got called in for a recall. I mentioned some challenges with the car and the tech reviewed it and found the problem immediately. Serviced the car quickly and not expensive like I was scared of. It was all reasonable and efficient. No one tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. No sales tricks, just good and solid service, with a smile!

I would recommend Wesley Chapel Hyundai because they have great customer service especially if you get AJ but the rest the of the group there is just as great. They are always pleasant and the cars are affordable to fix and I always feel ok leaving my car in their hand.

Jon Cate called in response to an imperfect review of my recent service visit notes and offered to correct all concerns to my satisfaction. In my view, what you buy is not as important as who you buy it from. Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is showing itself to be a company that stands behind it's products and service.

Staff was friendly
We were originally told that the wait time could be 3 days b/c they did not have a record of our appointment. We did respond to text message stating what day we would be there. Alex later said the car would be ready same day.

A.J. was my service advisor. He was very friendly & helpful. I was impressed that he took photos of my vehicle to make sure it was returned in the same condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the service (it was lower than I expected). I asked to have my car washed & vacuumed. When I picked it up, it looked so good, that I didn't recognize it in the lot!
