Came for mileage reimbursement program
On Saturday no one was available who knew anything about this program and I was told to go somewhere else. When I returned on Monday there were several helpful people both on the phone and in person who understood the program took my car read the mileage and sent me on my way. More employees should be made aware of Hyundai's programs.

Every time I come in to have a service done, I’m always greeted and know I’m about to have my car taken care of. AJ, my service advisor, is always great with letting me know if my car needs any additional services and gets my car in and out as soon as he can.

Great experience. Work was done efficiently.
I have always been taking my vehicle to Hyundai at this location in Wesley Chapel for servicing, replacement of vehicle parts as needed and maintenance. The staff there have always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and give satisfying results. I will always go to the dealer for frequent maintenance of my vehicle.

The hood struts went out on my 8 yr old Sonata. Parts were ordered in a timely manner and I was able to make an appointment and get it replaced. Service was very courteous and professional.
