I have been taking my vehicles here since 2015. I feel like they take as good care of my vehicles as they do their own. They thoroughly evaluate the condition of my vehicles and make appropriate recommendations based on their evaluations. I continue to get exceptional service and will definitely return.

Great customer service
My main Kudos goes to Danny Hammack and his proactive behavior in getting my car in and serviced via Hyundai ......I purchased my Tucson through he and his team (Trent) and within a week it was in need of service ....he arranged the tow from my house and also provided a loaner vehicle ....delivered to me at home...while the car was being serviced. My car was then returned to me upon completion of repairs ....to my home as well as washed . Now that’s what I call customer service! I am really appreciative of the Hyundai team that was responsible for the quick and efficient repairs !!??

Best service department I've ever used!
The Service Staff always greet us by name even if we aren't scheduled for service. They are so thorough in the maintenance of my two Hyundai Santa Fe SUV's, it's like I've got the luxury of a maintenance free vehicle!

Outstanding service
I highly recommend Joe Machens Hyundai if you are looking for a new vehicle or just need your vehicle serviced. Their staff on both sides (sales, service) are outstanding. Both sides work together impeccably to make sure their customers experience is pleasant. The shop is clean the mechanics take care not to get grease or dirt on your vehicle. Our Sales person Daniel O'Brian always makes a point of saying hello when we take the car in for service. He is he best of the best when it comes to professionalism. He knows his product inside and out. We just bought our second Tucson from this young man and would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. We love our Hyundai. I will never go to another dealership other than Joe Machens Hyundai.
