Great service department!
Joe Machens took great care of me. I had a knock in my engine with only 76,000 miles and required a new engine. Joe Machens took care of the engine, warrantied all of the work and completed the project earlier than promised. Very impressive!

Sales/finance staff are bad. Service Dept is superior.
happy with service department. They are superior. BUT I was misled when I bought the car and was sold a bunch of stuff (maintenance contract, etc) that is absolutely worthless. The Service Dept is superior. The sales and finance dept are very disappointing and misleading.

courteous and concern for customers needs and completes all their requests
I did recommend a Hyundai to my Brother living in Lexington,SC and he purchased one last year there. I thought if you recommend someone and they brought it some consideration would be given, nothing was made after reporting it.
