Adam at Mike white Ford has been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I have had some unforeseen issues with my new truck and Adam has been diligent in getting the problems resolved. He is great with communicating in a timely manner and helping alleviate and stumbling blocks like transportation.

Recall work and check engine light
As usual the service people are fantastic
The problem is when I called and said my 2021 Explorers check engine light was on and I couldn’t figure out why, the wait to get it in was a month
Can’t you have openings for diagnosis?

In the short time after buying our used 2016 F-150 we had some electrical issues and our back-up camera worked only sporadically. We had to take two trips in for the electrical fix, and another to replace the back-up camera. While it was frstrating for us, that applied to the mechanics too. The extended warranty took care of our expenses and provided "loaner vehicle" too. Now our P/U seems almost new and we are happy with it. The frustrated service guys, Adam in particular, hung in there with us and delivered. Thank you Mike White Ford. You are earning our future business.

Did the work quicker than quoted. All requests were addressed and taken care of.
Brought my truck in for a factory recall. Work was done quicker than I expected and all issues were fixed. A loaner car was needed and was waiting when I arrived.

Oil chnage and tire rotation
Had my truck oil changed and tires rotated which went fast and well. what struck me as odd was they gave my 2 day old air filter a yellow, need to be replaced soon, rating.

I've also had severe issues from this dealer with tire balancing. I have taken tires that were just mounted and balance by these guys to another shop and they showed me personally one of the wheels was over 4oz out of weight. the remaining 3 averaged 2.5oz out

Redoing seal seep and diagnosis engine check
Seep looks like it is fixed now. I’ll keep monitoring. Engine check light diagnostics proved inconclusive but is remaining off. Fixed weather stripping between cab and bed. All work done 2.

Transmission Repair
The truck had, often, a very hard 2-1 downshift, sometimes 3-2, and once 7-5. Initially, reprogramming was accomplished, with no appreciable improvement. The valve body was overhauled and, so far, shifts, both up and down, are smooth. Mike White Ford was excellent to work with.
