A muskrat chewed some of my engine wires and the service department worked around my vacation days to
repair the problems. Some affected wires were overlooked at first, but the service manager, Neil, corrected everything and made it right in a very fair manner. In the end, I’m pleased with their work and the way they handled the situation. I definitely trust their honesty and integrity in fixing my car.

I had my IONIQ towed to Group 1 the day after I had it serviced at another dealership and was told it
was fine. Heather listened patiently as I recapped the issues and took me step by step on how to get my car to Group 1. Heather coordinated having the EV tech who was going to work on my car come into the office and to clarify the issues with the car. He then provided a clear explanation of what he was going to assess on the car. Heather set up a loaner car and introduced me to my service advisor, Don. The issue with my car was corrected the same day (only a few hours later). The customer service was exceptional all the way around. I am now a customer for life!

My local dealer said to bring it to the dealer I purchased it at. The engine light was on and I was t
old not to drive the car that far. I have an extended warrantee, so the car was towed in. It took a few days to be looked at but was diagnosed and part was ordered. It was ready to pick up as expected.
