The worst of the worst.

Full disclosure: I not only bought here, but I worked here as a salesperson.

Nobody here cares about employees or customers. The management is all about the almighty dollar.

You will get lied to. They will try to cheat you. This is all thanks to greedy, terrible ownership and management.

This place is a prime example of why everyone from car manufacturers to customers hate dealerships.

Management treats the employees like shit. The general sales manager, Don, is among the worst humans I've ever met. He will tell you things like "you need to wear a suit when it's hot so the customers feel sorry for you and they'll buy from you." He will also call his employees "fucking losers" and "worthless" one week into the month if you haven't sold the number of cars that he thinks you should have. This is after you break a monthly goal by over $300,000. He is also a thief. He will also ask you, as a customer, to lie on your credit application.

The general manager, Mike, acts like he's on your side but ends up being a turncoat. If you tell him that the GSM is harassing employees he will go to HR and have HR change the harassment policy so they are no longer disobeying it.

As a customer they will charge you ridiculous markups, charge you $400 for unnecessary add-ons that cost them $3 and try to sell you a rate for financing that is 2% higher than what you deserve

They steal. They lie. They omit truth. None of them are exempt. When you are led by liars, you either have to follow the course or quit.

The service department might even be worse. In the time I was there they couldn't keep a service manager longer than 2 months because it was such a mess and they couldn't get any support.

Don't go to this one. If you do just use them as a point of reference. If you go anywhere else you will realize how badly you are treated at Larson. Any Larson.

I say any Larson, because this starts at the top. If you saw the emails sent from the owners, the Larsons, to the employees it would make you blush. They don't have the guts to say anything to your face, but they will call you every name in the book over email. Just a bunch of keyboard warriors.

Just look at how they respond to complaints on this Google review board. They don't even offer to fix anything. They just say thank you for letting us know. You shouldn't need any other information to realize that these people don't care.

If this is the kind of business that you want to give money to, then more power to you. I just think everybody needs to know exactly how they operate.

Good luck in your car search. Remember to always get your financing from your bank before you go to the car dealership. Don't ever pay for their stupid add-ons, like Brake Plus. Don't ever pay their ridiculous "dealer markups" because I guarantee there is at least one dealership in the area that doesn't charge them. If you pay a dealer markup, it's almost impossible to trade in your car in the next 5 years. You'd be too far underwater. These people don't care about that though. It's just greed with them.

Knowledge is power. Don't go into any situation not knowing what to expect.

11/19/2022 Todd the salesman Really bad customer service, he told me to be able to negotiate on a price I had to be there in person. I drove 3 hours to get there with wife and my 3 kids and 3 hour drive back home., I get there he acts like he owns the place cause he is been working there 30 years. They did not wanna negotiate on the price it was a 2021 Explorer ST. plus they were adding this thing called portfolio theft and break plus for another one thousand dollars something I don't need. if I didn't pay extra for the 2 things I didn't need they won't sell the suv, I asked him if the vehicle had any chips from rocks or scratches he said no, we get there it had a 1 inch diameter chip on the windshield, don't waste your valuable time and hard earning money there. bad bad bad...

Great Service
I bought my car in here in March 22 (not a Hyundai). I ran into a few issues with the previous car (it was a used car & no one could predict what could happen). Paul, Martin, and Mike worked very hard to get me into another car that was reliable and affordable. Paul did a great job explaining each part of the process & making sure I was aware of what was coming next. I left with a car that I love, and I have no worries that it will last me for a long time.

Excellent customer service
I've been to many dealerships before I had come to this one. When my last deal fell through at another dealership, I proceeded to Larson Hyundai. I stayed in contact with one of their salespeople throughout my search for the right car and they were very responsive. When I finally came in to talk in person, Martin helped me get the right car at the desirable payment. He was very nice, respectful, and informative throughout the whole buying process. I look forward to continuing business here in the future and will recommend it to others!

easy buy!!
it was the easiest 3 hour experience on a Sunday for me and my son who bought his first car which he wanted and loves driving. both Paul and Joe made it so easy and were so patient to explain everything to my son when he had questions or concerns. A big thank you to them both.

The service department was very disorganized. We had to wait 40 minutes to check out with one person when there were 4 others in the office. They need to streamline their check in and out. Our repairs are always excellent, but waiting for 2 1/2 hours for them is a pain and then waiting 40 minutes to give them our money was ridiculous.
