Collision Department
As much as I love the people at the department, the opposite is with the collision department! It’s not the first time though! It seems like whoever working in the collision department, have no upper management overlook them and that’s why there is no curtesy and they do whatever they like.

I was at this specific dealership for my paint issue chipping off, someone from the collision department, African American lady, Keisha or Tenisha, not sure, she took all my info and took pictures of my car and told me she would send an email to me to go from there! It’s almost a week, no emails no calls! I called 5 times, nobody picks up the phone! I talked to a lady eventually and she took my number and email and said she would follow up with Keisha and get back to me. No calls nothing!

I wish management would take a look into this matter to see why their customer service is so poor!

I would have to drive all the way to the dealership to find out what the status is!

Collision Department

Service impossible to reach safford Hyundai Springfield service
It is impossible to speak to service. No one answers the phone and no reply to emails for days. Request for call backs no fruitful. Voice mail boxes full. Be very cautious about this af after sale support is not yet set up or responsive

could not close deal
I called last Friday and told sales rep what I was looking to come in at with a specific care. Drove 3 hours and when I got here, the car had an additional 1,500 miles on it above advertised. I had to tell them to reduce cost, which was only $250. Tired to be fast talkers. Brought over deal $2K above by adding an optional cost to make it seem like we were working down the price - a truly amateur tactic. Then a $1,000 processing fee added to final cost. At the end, they were not willing to reduce by $800. Since they could not make it up on the backend with financing points, they did not sell me the car. I was told they would rather take the car to the auction and sell than to a customer. I had all cash and the insurance already covered to buy today.

Service Issue
Tried to bring my car in for a routine 15000 mile physical. Was advised that the wait time was 6+ weeks (8/2/23). What if my car needed a required major repair or one of the several recalls they have issued where I was advised to not drive the vehicle. In one case they advised to park the vehicle outdoors in case of fire. Until now I have not had any undue wait times for any issues but now they are apparently selling more cars than they can service.

Terrible Cars, Horrible People
The check engine light came on in my car. I brought it to Shell and was told the exhaust manifold/catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The mechanic said the car had far too few miles on it for this problem to have arisen. The car was manufactured poorly. The car was under warranty so I called Safford Hyundai. I was told it would be 2.5 months before I could get an appointment and the car would be unsafe to drive until then. I asked about getting a loaner and was transferred to a women who said she couldn’t authorize it because her manager was gone for 2 months. And the assistant manager was gone for 6 weeks. I asked for whoever was in charge. She claimed that no one was in charge and there was nothing she could do for me. She actually said those words. I was told that I wasn’t allowed to get the car fixed somewhere else then be reimbursed later. This is clearly unjust. The car is unsafe to drive bascule they made it poorly, but they won’t fix it for several months (plus a few weeks for the work to be done). Renting a car for 2-3 months is very expensive but Hyundai did nothing to help me. Every time I have had to deal with Safford they have been hostile, unfriendly, uncooperative and tried to shirk their responsibility. The reason they are backed up for two months is they’ve recalled so many of their vehicles. Our car has been recalled five times already. In other words, because they make so crappy cars, they can’t fix my crappy car in a timely manner. And they won’t let anyone else do the job. And they won’t give me a loaner. This is unjust and they must be stopped. Innocent people are suffering because of Hyundai’s incompetence and corruption. Also, I’ve been asking Scott Lee, General Sales Manger, to take me off his junk mail list for 4 years. I have emailed him 12 times, and he has answered twice, but the junk mail keeps coming. This is harassment.

After the sale, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! After the sale is over, you're on your own...
This dealership (which makes millions) owes me $800 from 6 months ago and they won't even return my calls now. I can't talk to the manager because they'll only transfer me to VM. I've been extremely patient and respectful this whole time and now it's too inconvenient for them to actually help a customer... I've been trying to reach someone to help for 4 months... I say again, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!!

Buyer beware
Stay away from Safford. Once the car is off the lot they are done. Bought a 30k vehicle they refused to make safe for the road. Failing inspection for brakes, rotors, cv boot and axel.
Flat out unsafe vehicle for 30k.
But they got paid, thats all they care about. I even offered to pay the materials and they cover the labor.
Nope, they got paid.
Buy at your own risk at Safford.

Safford should offer loaners to its clients. Sharing Shuttles with other Clients living in opposite directions is a waste of everyone's time and is not efficient.

Everyone at Hyundai is professional and took care of me from the beginning to the end. The receptionist- friendly, and professional. The service advisor was efficient and handled my needs.
