My car was brought to the shop because the motor was messed up. This was the second time it was brought in the shop for the same thing. It’s been there for 3years all I am getting is the run around from Tracy (former manager). He told me one thing then it was something different the run around. Talk with the supervisor (Kerry) got no result . I called him several times call and left messages the calls were never returned or answered. I also called another supervisor (Kevin) never got a return call. As of Today 6-9-2023 I still have not gotten any results.

Bad experience
Warning!!! ⛔️⛔️⛔️ I have literally had my 2020 GMC Terrain for 1 week! I noticed I needed to put air in one of my tires a couple times. I just thought maybe the sensors were sensitive and the weather contributed to me needing to do it because the tires were good. I am now on a family trip in snowy weather and all of a sudden the tire goes almost completely flat. Take my vehicle to a tire shop and guess what!?!? They sold me an unsafe vehicle that has a bent rim on the inside of the tire!! I call and all they have to say is too bad you didn’t get the tire and rim covered in your extended warranty!!! This place only cares about money!! Not the safety of their customers or children!!!
It’s one thing to replace a tire because of normal wear and tear…but its NOT ok to sell unsafe defected vehicles!!!! UPDATE..since I’ve been back from my family holiday… I’ve tried several times to talk to Kevin about how terrible his business is being run and he avoids my phone calls and won’t call me back! Ive even been up there and he wouldn’t see me. Once you sign the paperwork you are no longer treated like a customer. My experience was very uncomfortable too because Fred the sales manager literally took my phone out of my hand while I was talking to my insurance company and PRETENDED to be my husband and tell them what coverage I needed..to make sure my insurance was cheaper to ensure the sale!! When I got my phone back from him I told my insurance company to ignore what he said and that I wanted the same exact coverage that my trade in had!! What kind of business allows this behavior to even go on??? I did not give him permission to grab my phone and do that!

⭐️ I would like to give credit to the only person who made the sale happen and that was Adrienne barber. She was very professional! Thank you for making a very uncomfortable situation bearable. I do love my vehicle.
