Positive, Excellent Experience
We bought a new Hyundai Tucson. What a positive experience throughout the process! Our salesperson, Cezanne, made us feel very comfortable with no pressure at all to buy. She answered our questions and was helpful throughout the time we spent there. Then, did a wonderful job explaining all the "extras" our vehicle has. She also gave us her personal cell phone to call if we had more questions or concerns.
Our financial person, Atin did a fabulous job explaining our options. He took the time to go over all of the options and was so patient with all of our questions.
All of the staff we met were so friendly. It was the first time my husband and I have experienced other employees come over to us to congratulate us and thank us for buying from Morrie's Hyundai.
We will definitely pass on our experience to friends and family.

Excellent Experience
I bought a New Hyundai Santa Fe, and my experience was fantastic. I dealt with AJ (salesperson). He was very kind and professional throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. I have been in the car business for many years in upper Management, and I know firsthand about running a dealership. All of the staff are very helpful and considerate and are extremely customer focused.

Beware before purchasing from Morrie's 394 Hyundai!!!
Customer service after you purchase a vehicle from this dealership is lacking.
I have been a Morrie’s customer for 12 plus years, but this is the first time I have purchased from this dealership and based on this experience it honestly is probably the last as well. They are quick to take the customer(s) (my) money and close the deal, but lack follow up afterwards, this is not the kind of customer service or experience I expected or look for, especially in a word-of-mouth business.
I still have no idea why it took a week plus to deliver my vehicle when nothing promised or paid for at the time of purchase was done or taken care of.
I hope no one else has the experience I had.

Oil Change
My wife had our newly purchased Hyundai scheduled for an oil change. When the work was done, she asked if it was full synthetic oil used. The service writer couldn’t answer and then changed the invoice in front of her to add the full synthetic which was not on the invoice originally. We were told full synthetic was $99.00 and she was billed $145.00. I called to ask about this and was told the service manager would call me back. I’m still waiting, no call back to date. We want to understand the full scope of the work performed. I don’t believe they are honest and cannot communicate with each other and especially the customer. I will never recommend or use this location or any Morrie’s. Be aware! They are not customer focused.

Oil change
$86.00 for an oil change and it’s not even synthetic. Said about an hour but was probably 1-3/4 hour I could see my car in service bay and it just sat there with nobody working on it. Then somebody comes closes hood and then it’s done.

Extremely helpful service
I have had great experiences with Morrie’s Hyundai service so far. I had an appointment for an oil change. I worked with the sales person Jay. He was awesome! He explained everything to me thoroughly before & after. The appointment went exactly as long as I was told (about 1 hr 45 min). I had my 5-month-old baby along with me, & Jay was very patient & considerate. As I went to leave, he lifted the baby stroller in to my trunk for me. Their updated lounge is now complete & looks very nice. I was a little bummed that their new coffee machine was “out of order,” & their other coffee pot was empty at the time, as new moms need coffee… haha… but I will definitely be going back there. I would highly recommend them!

Bad experience with Morrie's 394 Hyundai
My first opportunity to work with Morrie's 394 Hyundai today, July 5, 2022 was really poor. I have purchased autos from Morries previously but not this Hyundai dealer.
I talked to a salesperson on Saturday by the name of Josh Richards and we set an appointment for today, July 5, 2022 at 11:00 am to put money down on a new car order. I did get an email confirming the appointment. I arrived right on time at 11:00. I asked for Josh and was told he was out of town? They sort of apologized and said they would find someone else for me to talk with and I thought for a minute and said, "no, I do not want to work with a company that treats its customers this way. I left the building.

Service needs improvement
Loaner car unavailable upon arrival despite receiving a confirmation two weeks prior. Waited for over 2 hours without getting any status update about my car. Had to contact the agent to provide me feedback about the status. The car still has the same problem in highway speeds after the visit.
