I shopped around for months for a foreign car mechanic. I made a list and called all the shops withi
ng a 20 mile radius. Some called me back, some didn't answer their phones, others were rude, and most were just as evasive and expensive as the dealership.
SOOOO, when Fyel answered the phone promptly and answered all my questions about their work, pricing, and parts, I decided to give them a try. Well, that and they also had a lot of great reviews.
So now I've been "seeing" them for over two years for all my maintenance, at a fraction of what the dealership charges. But, we are in an open relationship, since they also "see" all of my family members (Mercedes, Honda CRV, VW Jetta, and Lexus). Everyone I send, comes away "in love" with the staff, their professionalism, and exceptional work and fairest pricing.
We didn't trust them blindly though, we have "shopped around" for some repair pricing, and girl, I'm done "shopping". In other words, I checked their DM's and they are not cheating. The boys are true to what they say!
I almost hate to write this review, because when there's a gem like this place, one wants to gate-keep (monogamy). But, alas, this team deserves all the great reviews and compliments.
The point is, O'Neil and Fyel will fix any issue, big or small and you will really feel like family the more you get to know them!

ee days, super hassle. Here there are always ready on time, no issues. It's always good to do your own research, but for maintenance and what not I am going to Import!
