king it back the next week because the new radiator was leaking. They said one of the outlets was bad, and a couple of ither issues as well. One would think these issues would gave been addressed before releasing the vehicle back to me. Needless to say I was not too enamored with that result. Just a quick background. For many years I took my vehicles (5 in all) to Holmgren Automotive, a family owned business in San Diego for fifty y years I took my vehicles (5) owned business in San Diego fo 50 years. When they shut their doors for good, they recommended FTS Automotive on Dagget St. I've taken my 2004 Silverado there a couple of times in the last 18 months or so.They recently replaced a radiator, but within a few days I had to take it back because it was still leaking.They gave some excuses, but -bottom line - they should have caught that before releasing the vehicle back to me. Your ability to fix my a/c two months ago, AND your shuttle service (on both ends of the repair) were what determined my choice of West Automotive. While acknowledging that you're not the most inexpensive shop, your service has been above average....and yes, I would recommend you to others.

Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.
