Mr. Pabon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. He was also incredibly accommodating coming in early to work on the sale.
Nathan in finance had all the documents ready to sign and got us the best deal possible. We were in and out once the loan was approved.

it's fine
I will only change my score of sales staff. the sales person, Joe Dolin was: courteous, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The car itself (GV70) is a very unpleasant drive. Again...Noisy, uncomfortable ride, and will add the miles per gallon is terrible. I averaged 18mi/gl compared to 23mi/gl from my Nissan murano with a six cylinder.

Purchase of a Luxry Car
This vehicle is luxry and comfort. Sleek design and a dream to drive. Loved my Santa Fe Sport but the Genesis is true comfort with high quality interior design and driving tools. There are no blind spots when driving this machine. It gets to know you and how you drive after a couple of weeks, and when you then get in to drive, it just feels like home. I only drive 13 miles to and from work, but can't wait to take it on a road trip
