New trans pan fluid and filter F150
Of course I’m cheap so I always get sticker shock for labor but Shawn explained it was no easy job. Anyway work done right and if I have any warranty problems with Ford I have proof it was done right. All is good

Great work. Father and sons working together
They always answer the phone. Answer questions and get my cars in quickly for work. They love what they do maintain and repair vehicles. They have longtime customers like me. Clean comfortable office.
They treat everyone with polite friendly communication. I have to older cars and they keep them running. Happy with the service.

Shawn and his crew are the best. They are fast and friendly, and I've known Shawn for years and I do mean years.
I always take my vehicles to him, he assessed every problem and gives quotes before work begins.

Pre-Trip Check
Tune Craft did a pre-check on my truck before I went on a long travel vacation. Found a brake issue that could have been a serious problem in the mountains. The fixed that and fined tuned the rest. Excellent and Fair and highly recommend 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Not very courteous
Shaun, who appeared to be a manager, handled a recent situation with surprising rudeness and a lack of professionalism. There was a misunderstanding about the service pricing after a leak was found in my A/C unit. Rather than calmly explaining the issue, he came across as dismissive and arrogant. I don’t want to get into all the details, but I strongly believe someone should speak with him about adopting a more respectful and empathetic approach. He made several assumptions about what I understood, frequently interrupted me, and left me feeling unheard.

I’m really hoping not to take this to social media, as I’ve always appreciated and supported businesses that provide kind, courteous, and professional service. I’m sharing this here in good faith, trusting that it will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.
