Hello I am a retired disabled military veteran. I owned a lifted Chevy Silverado. That I could no lon
ger get into because of my knees. Hyundai of Elcajon California Helped me get out of the truck and into the car that I wanted. That was lower to the ground. There were so understanding very attentive to what I needs were very polite. Very straightforward Not only that, but I also bring my wife's UV here. And I've always been treated the same way it doesn't matter if you're on the sale side, if you're on the service side, even just somebody walking by. They treat you with absolute respect and ask if you need something. Even the management had at one point.Came by and asked if my wife and I needed anything when we were sitting in the lobby. Our check engine light came on and they were able to work on our car the same day, which was on a Fri
day right before Memorial Day weekend. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed for us that day.
